Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a valid unboxing video

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost is provided by Dear Lady

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval

  • Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dearlady3108@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos/videos

  • Unboxing video

  • Order details

We’ll review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The unboxing video is missing

  • The product shows signs of use or damage by the customer

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

If you are unsure about return eligibility, please contact us before placing a return request.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to get a different size or product:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer

  • Refunds are initiated within 8–15 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank
